Installation Problems:

Aqua Mouse Drivers

PureOrange is using an internal quality control system to make sure that our products reach the client without defects. This control system is repeated 3 times throughout the production and shipping stages. Unfortunately it does happen that our technology does not work when the client is trying to use the product, due to software problems.

All our products use 'Plug-and-Play' technology and normally do not require additional software.

For the Aqua Mouse, the most common error reported is that the cursor does not move after the product has been plugged in. This is typically due to software conflicts on your computer. Please check if the sensor light under the mouse is on. If the light is on, your mouse is working and the problem is software related. To solve this problem, please update your mouse drivers for Microsoft Windows. The best way to do this is to install Microsoft IntelliPoint, which can be downloaded for the Microsoft site, here.
